Bear Mountain RV Park Reservation Policy
- Deposit Requirement:
- A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required for all nightly and weekly reservations. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied to your total balance.
- 21-Day Stay Limit:
- No guest may occupy any RV site for more than 21 consecutive days. After 21 days, the guest must vacate the park for a minimum of 7 consecutive days before returning. If you are needing a longer stay, please reach out to us regarding long-term stay.
- No Back-to-Back Reservations:
- Guests may not create back-to-back reservations under different names, family members, or alternate accounts to avoid the 21-day limit. If this is discovered, the guest will be asked to leave immediately and may be permanently banned from the park.
- Enforcement & Penalties:
- Violation of this policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of the guest’s stay.
- Cancellation of future reservations.
- Permanent ban from the property.

- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 48 Hours Notice: A $10 cancellation fee applies if the reservation is canceled more than 48 hours prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the entire deposit (one night’s stay) will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
- Waiving of Cancellation Fee: Waiving the cancellation fee is subject to the park manager’s approval and discretion.
- Site Assignment:
- While we strive to honor specific site requests, Bear Mountain RV Park reserves the right to change site assignments if necessary. This may occur in cases such as a previous guest extending their stay or other operational considerations.
- Check-In Time:
- Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Guests arriving after these hours must inform park management in advance to arrange for a late check-in.
- Check-In Procedure:
- All guests must stop by the office upon arrival to complete the check-in process.
- After-Hours Walk-In Guests:
- For after-hours walk-in guests, please stop by the office to get an overnight envelope. Note that no cash or check payments are accepted for after-hours check-ins; guests must fill out the envelope with complete information.
- Please do not forget to leave the envelope at the office when checking out.
